Released just in time for Valentine’s Day, “Mahika” captures that soft, quiet moment when you realize you’re already in love—the calm that settles in when the right person is beside you. The song highlights BILIB’s youthful charm and sincerity, wrapped in a sound that feels intimate and heartfelt.

Co-written by the group’s rapper Zio, “Mahika” was created to showcase a more romantic side of BILIB. Together with main vocalist Rafael, the group crafted a track rooted in P-pop’s emotional and romantic style, blending gentle vocals, a smooth pop groove, and a light rap verse that feels natural rather than flashy.

“Mahika” is also BILIB’s most hands-on project to date. The members were deeply involved not only in writing the song but also in its production. Adding a personal touch to the release, the single artwork was created by JMAC, the group’s lead dancer, who is also passionate about visual art.

The single is accompanied by an official live session video filmed together with their fans, Bituin, whom the group considers their real-life “Mahika”—the inspiration and magic behind the music.
