Feelings Unfold at Karpos Live Mix 7: The Japanese House + Munimuni

Karpos Live Mix 7 The Japanese House and Munimuni

It’s a night for feelings accompanied by damn good music as Karpos Live brings together international artist, The Japanese House, and homegrown act, Munimuni, for Mix 7 of the concert series.

London-based singer-songwriter, Amber Bain, popularly known as The Japanese House, finally makes her way to Manila for the first time after years of countless requests from her Filipino fans. True enough, there’s no better way to experience her music firsthand than at Karpos Live Mix 7. Along with her androgynous voice, she’s bringing her music characterized by soothing dream pop synths and a hint of brooding electronica that’s creativey paired with desolate lyrics — all of which, makes her a truly mesmerizing act to see live.

Once a front act, now onto headline status — that’s the story of homegrown band Munimuni as they return to the Karpos Live stage. Hailing from humble beginnings as a college-formed band, Munimuni has become one of the fastest rising OPM independent artists of this generation. With reminiscent lyrics and unique harmonies set to touch every listener’s feelings, it’s no doubt that the five-piece band’s set will be a memorable one.

With both headlining artists’ music as though written for their listeners’ personal experiences, Karpos Live Mix 7 is a perfect show to just get lost in your feelings with some damn good music.

You know you don’t want to miss this show on September 12 at ABS CBN Vertis Tent, Q.C.
