    K-pop phenomenon SEVENTEEN will make their much-awaited return to the Philippines with the SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_] in Bulacan, promising another unforgettable night with their Filipino CARATs.

    Global K-pop powerhouse SEVENTEEN is set to return to the Philippines for their much-anticipated SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_] on March 21, 2026 (Saturday), 6:30 PM at the Philippine Sports Stadium in Bulacan. Presented by Pledis Entertainment, HYBE, Applewood Korea, and Applewood Philippines, the concert is expected to deliver a world-class production featuring new performances, state-of-the-art visuals, and the signature artistry that has established SEVENTEEN as one of K-pop’s most influential acts.

    Following the success of their record-breaking RIGHT HERE world tour, SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_] marks a new chapter for the group as part of their ongoing 10th anniversary celebration in 2025. The tour highlights SEVENTEEN’s evolution over the past decade, showcasing their creativity, musical innovation, and continued influence as self-producing artists. It kicked off with two monumental shows at the Incheon Asiad Main Stadium in South Korea in September 2025, before expanding globally with a U.S. leg that included stops in Tacoma, Los Angeles, Austin, Sunrise, and Washington D.C. The group will bring their signature high-energy performances to Japan, performing across major dome venues in Nagoya, Osaka, Tokyo, and Fukuoka in November and December 2025.

    Since their debut in 2015, S.COUPS, JEONGHAN, JOSHUA, JUN, HOSHI, WONWOO, WOOZI, THE8, MINGYU, DK, SEUNGKWAN, VERNON, and DINO have gained global recognition for their outstanding live performances, intricate choreography, and hands-on involvement in songwriting and production. The group is known for an impressive repertoire that includes “Adore U,” “Very Nice,” “Don’t Wanna Cry,” “Clap,” “HOT,” “Super,” and “Maestro,” along with a diverse discography that continues to shape the sound of contemporary K-pop.

    As part of the tour, SEVENTEEN will also perform songs from their latest full-length album, HAPPY BURSTDAY, released on May 26, 2025. The 16-track album celebrates renewal and unity, featuring solo songs from all thirteen members that highlight their individuality while maintaining SEVENTEEN’s cohesive sound. The title track “Thunder” anchors the album with a powerful message of resilience and connection, accompanied by diverse tracks that blend electronic, pop, and R&B influences.     For nearly a decade, the Philippines has been a mainstay in every SEVENTEEN tour, underscoring the group’s strong connection with their Filipino fanbase. From making the country the only two-day stop in their first Asia tour Shining Diamond in 2016, to concluding their first world tour Diamond Edge in Manila in 2017, SEVENTEEN has consistently included the Philippines in their global performances. The group returned for Ideal Cut in 2018 and made Manila as the final stop for Ode To You in 2020. They reunited with Filipino CARATs for Be The Sun in 2022 and made history that same year with Be The Sun in Bulacan at the Philippine Arena, the world’s largest indoor venues. In 2024, they achieved another milestone with FOLLOW TO BULACAN, followed by RIGHT HERE in 2025 at the Philippine Sports Stadium.     “The video is about how the simplest, most ordinary moments in our day can actually become the ‘rainbows’ we need — small sparks of hope that make a big difference,” shares Christian Bautista. “The music video was directed by Jonathan Tal Placido of Toothless Productions. He and his team flew to Jakarta to make this vision come alive, and they captured that message beautifully.”

    Delicately crafted, the music video mirrors the song’s lyrical warmth with cinematic grace. Every frame invites viewers to rediscover fulfillment hidden within everyday experiences: coffee shared between friends, laughter exchanged across a table, and the peace found in simply being present.

    Beyond its narrative, “Rainbow” also celebrates harmony between cultures. The collaboration between Christian Bautista and Raisa bridges Filipino and Indonesian artistry, and the choice to film in Jakarta infuses the visuals with an authentic sense of place and emotional truth.

    “The city added warmth, texture, and authenticity to the visuals and helped us reflect the connection the song celebrates,” he explains.

    Christian and Raisa first worked together in a recent 13-city ASEAN concert in Japan for more than a month, where they got to share the stage as fellow performers. Their chemistry in the project both as performers and friends translates effortlessly on screen, adding sincerity to the music video’s heartwarming storytelling.

    “It was so exciting,” Bautista adds of working with Raisa once more. “Our biggest challenge was really scheduling — but once it finally happened, we were both thrilled to bring this project to life. Seeing it all come together after months of planning was such a rewarding moment.”

    The “Rainbow” MV is a celebration of everyday beauty and the unspoken bonds that unite people across borders.     Netflix Casts Xolo Maridueña as Portgas D. Ace in One Piece Season 3

    Xolo Maridueña (Cobra Kai, Blue Beetle) has officially been cast as Portgas D. Ace, Luffy’s fiery older brother and commander of the 2nd division of the Whitebeard Pirates, in the third season of Netflix’s global hit One Piece. He is one of the most loved and important characters in Eiichiro Oda’s manga and anime series. Netflix said that filming for Season 3 will start up again later this year in Cape Town, South Africa.

    The announcement came out this morning on the streamer’s official social media accounts, along with a 15-second teaser: Maridueña, who is shirtless on a deck in the sun, snaps his fingers and a ring of orange flame appears around the famous “A S C E” tattoo on his forearm. The caption says, “Fire Fist incoming.” “Season 3.”

    Fans have been guessing for a long time who would play the flame-wielding pirate. Maridueña’s martial arts background and charming screen presence make him a great choice for the hot-headed but very loyal Ace.

    In Season 3, the main storylines from the Marineford Arc will likely be adapted. In this arc, Ace’s fate changes the course of the Straw Hat crew’s journey. The return to Cape Town is part of the show’s ongoing world-building, which has been a big part of previous seasons. Netflix is also focusing on practical sets and big action scenes.

    Season 2, ONE PIECE: INTO THE GRAND LINE, premieres March 10, 2026, only on Netflix.

    No premiere date has been set for Season 3, but with production gearing up, One Piece fans won’t have to wait much longer to see the Fire Fist in action.

    After a six-year hiatus and seven years since their explosive debut full-length “CLAPCLAPCLAP!” (2019), the iconic quartet—Zild Benitez, Blaster Silonga, Unique Salonga, and Badjao de Castro reunites with a record that captures maturity, rediscovered unity, and the exquisite softness of never needing to over-explain. “Andalucia” cements their legacy as one of the defining acts of modern OPM.

    From Surprise Reunion to Creative Rebirth
    The comeback began last July with the surprise double-drop of “Aura” and “Nanaman”. Those tracks were only the spark. “Andalucia” is the wildfire.

    “We needed to prioritize ourselves and our relationship first before working on a new project while we weren’t okay,” the multi-awarded band shares. “It would’ve felt meaningless if we hadn’t fixed our bond before returning to making music.”

    Ask them what the album title means and Zild laughs: “Andalucia is yung apartment ko simula nag-move out ako last year. Doon kami nagkikita-kita, nag-isip kami ng album title—Andalucia na lang. Nagtawanan kami noon, pero after a couple of seconds… maganda yun ah.”

    Told entirely through song, Jesus Christ Superstar re-examines the final week of Jesus Christ’s life through the conflicted perspective of Judas Iscariot.     Netflix has officially set the release date for the second season of its live-action hit One Piece: Into The Grand Line, which fans have been waiting for. The new chapter will come out on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. It promises to take fans even deeper into the dangerous and exciting waters of the Grand Line, with more heart, humor, and high-stakes piracy.

    Fans all over the world are excited that Netflix has released exclusive first-look images from the highly anticipated second season of its live-action adaptation, One Piece: Into The Grand Line. The new visuals show off the beautiful and varied places that will be the setting for Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates’ next big adventure.

    The second season will adapt important arcs from Eiichiro Oda’s famous manga, including stops at Loguetown, Reverse Mountain, Laboon, Whiskey Peak, Little Garden, and Drum Island. Season 1, which premiered in August 2023 and got a great 95% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes, was a huge hit.

    K-pop Stans for Good Governance Raises ₱13,000 for #Mendiola277 Legal Fund

    K-pop Stans for Good Governance (KS4GG) raised ₱13,000 through a K-pop dance class fundraiser held last October 12, 2025 in support of #Mendiola277. The proceeds were donated to the National Union of People’s Lawyers (NUPL) to support the legal needs of 277 individuals arrested during the Trillion Peso March on September 21. The case against the group was dismissed for insufficiency of evidence on October 29, 2025.

    The class, taught by teachers from Cami Art and held at Dance Royalties Studio in Mandaluyong, gathered 45 participants for a day of rhythm, solidarity, and social awareness. The activity brought the community together once again to advocate for good governance through the language that unites them best: music and dance.

    More than dancing, the event became a platform for both K-pop fans and non-fans alike to express collective support for justice. Coach Hero and Coach Jude led the class through TWICE’s dance break for ‘Feel Special’ and Dayoung’s hit song ‘Body’.

    Solidarity messages were delivered by Hon. Sarah Jane Elago (Gabriela Women’s Party), Hon. Renee Louise Co (Kabataan Partylist), Ms. Neala Medina (Sama-samang Artista para sa Kilusang Agraryo or SAKA), Mr. Renso Bajala (Secretary General, BPO Industry Employees Network Pilipinas or BIEN), and Ms. Darlene Ramos-Gan (DAKILA). They echoed the call for the immediate release of the #Mendiola277, and for the urgent end to corruption, particularly amid ongoing national budget hearings.

    Fellow K-pop fans Hon. Co, Hon. Elago, and Ms. Ramos-Gan highlighted the importance of being engaged in civic matters and social causes while being an active part of communities that nurture shared passions. The youth has the energy and the fire to hold the current administration accountable. They also emphasized that good governance is the ‘comeback’ everyone should be anticipating.

    NUPL expressed gratitude to all participants and organizing volunteers. “It is uplifting to see K-pop fans standing with us in the fight against injustice,” said the group in a statement. “The law should not change depending on who it protects or who it punishes. Our vigor for this fight is sustained because of support and solidarity from communities like KS4GG.”

    The fundraiser was organized in the wake of widespread public outrage following exposés and investigatory hearings on the misuse and corruption of public infrastructure funding. This unrest led to the Trillion Peso March on September 21, coinciding with the National Protest day and the anniversary of the 1972 Martial Law declaration. The nationwide demonstrations drew over 200 organizations, including KS4GG, which joined the collective call for transparency and government accountability.

    Legends of P-Pop ALAMAT has officially announced the release date of their much-awaited comeback album, Destino, which is set to drop on November 21, 2025.

    During their performance at the MassKara Music Festival in Bacolod City, ALAMAT members Taneo, Mo, Jao, Tomas, R-Ji, and Alas gave the audience a sneak peek of their carrier single, wearing balaclava masks that appear to be part of the song’s concept.

    The snippet features a rap-heavy track with ALAMAT’s signature ethnic instrumentals that highlight the rich multicultural roots of the Philippines, reflecting how the members themselves come from different local ethnicities across the country.

    Following the announcement, ALAMAT Alas revealed in a post that he produced the track, while ALAMAT Jao shared in a separate post that he choreographed the chorus, which he completed back in June.
