Titled Revelry Music Fest, the event takes place on May 24 at The Tent at Villar City in Las Piñas. The Divine Diva Zsa Zsa Padilla marks her 42nd anniversary in the music industry with a new album called “‘Pag Tinadhana,” which will be out on Friday (May 16), and her “Through The Years” concert happening on Saturday (May 17) at the Samsung Performing Arts Theater.
“You will hear a lot of my hit songs. Para maging kakaiba siya, may mga rearrangements na mangyayari. I’m also introducing to my audience the new sound,” the Kapamilya singer teased, excited to perform tracks from her latest album in her concert.
Her new album has eight tracks, including her previously released songs “’Pag Tinadhana,” “Kabiyak,” and “Never Be Alone.”
A Mother’s Day offering, “Never Be Alone” is her collaboration with one of her daughters, Zia Quizon, about a mom who misses her bond with her children when they were younger yet appreciates the strong connection they have now that they are grown.
“I want something that talks about empty nesting, kasi that’s what I am going through right now,” the “ASAP” mainstay shared.
Other songs in the album are “Hinihiling,” “Memoryado,” “Bakit Ba,” Ingat Ka, Mahal Kita,” and “‘Pag Tinadhana” remix.
Meanwhile, joining Zsa Zsa as her special guests in the “Through The Years” concert are Erik Santos, Karylle, Zia, and Gary Valenciano.

It has all the right ingredients: the bouncy electric drum kit, the percussive instruments, the exhilarating electronic rhythm-guitar, the fun and energetic string riffs. While the instrumental itself can make one dance uncontrollably, the songwriting interestingly showcases a more tender side of the track. “M.K.S.” is a love confession dressed up as a dance song, with verses that reinforce the feeling of not being able to tell someone that you like them. And that M.K.S. part? Very, very catchy, in a Village People and Hagibis kind of way. You might know Kitchie from her days as Mojofly’s lead vocalist, but she truly stole hearts with her self-titled solo album in the 2000s. Songs like Huwag na Huwag Mong Sasabihin, Bulong!!!, Same Ground, and Breathe became anthems for a generation, propelling the album to No. 1 on the Philippine Albums Chart and earning a 7× Platinum certification. Those tracks probably bring back memories—maybe late-night karaoke sessions or road trips with friends. Now, imagine hearing them live at The Big Dome, mixed with new music inspired by her life today.
In between projects and career breaks, she remains a big fixture in the live concert scene, mainly with fellow OPM female pop-rock icons such as Barbie Almalbis, Aia de Leon, Lougee Basabas, and Hannah Romawac. Privately, she is now a mother based in Spain.
“Motherhood and my kids have definitely been a huge source of inspiration for me. On top of that, living in Spain has exposed me to a lot more European and Spanish music, some of which expresses current social issues that are really relevant today. Those main things are what inspire and drive me to write songs,” Kitchie elaborated.
Seeing that she is not only reconnecting with her OG fans, but growing her fanbase with young blood, she decided that the time is ripe to try and break New Ground. “We’ve had such an amazing response at our concerts over the past few years, especially from the younger crowd. Their energy kind of inspired us to put together New Ground,” Nadal said.
“It’s my first time headlining at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, so I’m really thrilled! I’m super thankful to everyone who made this happen, and of course to all the people who’ve inspired us to bring this show to life,” she added.
