From the moment the opening video rolled into the explosive “Puppets Can’t Control You,” the night quickly established itself as something bigger than a standard rock show. The band—frontman Taka, guitarist Toru, bassist Ryota, and drummer Tomoya Kanki—launched straight into the anthemic “The Beginning” and the relentless energy of “Save Yourself,” igniting a roar from the crowd that barely let up all night.

It was immediately clear: ONE OK ROCK had returned to Manila bigger, louder, and more powerful than ever. Despite feeling under the weather, Taka powered through the set with unwavering intensity.
