March 15, 2025 promises to be a landmark for Filipino music as Fusion: The Philippine Music Festival tunes up the volume for its epic 10th anniversary at the CCP Concert Grounds, Pasay City. Known as the pioneering music festival that unites artists across genres, generations, and managements, Fusion is the ultimate stage for celebrating the vibrant Original Pilipino Music (OPM).
To mark this milestone, Fusion is pulling out all the stops with a stellar lineup of 10 OG Pinoy artists. The first six headliners have been revealed: Zack Tabudlo, Ben&Ben, December Avenue, The Itchyworms, Barbie Almalbis, and Kaia. October 5 marked a significant milestone for BIGWIN29 as the brand went all in for its Cebu grand launch with Fusion: The Philippine Music Festival. The celebration kicked off with a press launch at Radisson Blu Hotel Cebu and culminated in the festival at City di Mare, drawing a full house of 9,500 enthusiastic attendees.
The morning press launch welcomed BIGWIN29 executives, Fusion artists, media representatives from TV stations, publications, and radio networks, as well as influencers and partners. Nadine Lustre made her first live appearance as BIGWIN29’s ambassador. Guests enjoyed an exclusive preview of BIGWIN29’s music video, “Big Time Ka Rito,” and were introduced to the brand’s lovable mascot, roBi, along with future plans.
“This is the grand launch of BIGWIN29, and we want to make sure that every festival goer will feel grand… na big time talaga sila rito because that’s what we are offering our players, our audience,” said Menard Medina, Head of Brand Strategy and Communications of BIGWIN29.
The evening electrified the crowd as Fusion Cebu delivered a powerhouse lineup featuring chart-toppers Zack Tabudlo, December Avenue, Kaia, and Maki. Complementing the headliners were Cebu’s own talents, including DJs Matt and Victor Jao, dance crew Sugbo Brawta, and Karaoke World Championships singers Jan Francis, Jovie, and Nica.

Throughout the night, BIGWIN29 hyped the festive atmosphere with interactive booths, giveaways, and surprises. New members enjoyed free drinks from Tanduay and Maison Bukana wines, while roBi roamed the venue, spreading cheer and distributing treats. Fans also collected exclusive festival merchandise, making their experience even more memorable.

All roads led to Albay from May 3 to 5 as fans from all over the Philippines arrived in droves to witness and, in many cases, participate in THE BICOL LOCO FESTIVAL.
A diverse crowd of over 500,000 attendees from the Bicol Region and beyond came to enjoy everything the three-day event offered—hot-air balloons, aerobatics, skydiving events, drone shows, concerts, and raffles.
The festive atmosphere prompted BICOL LOCO organizers to seriously consider making the festival an annual event. The ultimate dream is to extend beyond once a year and be year- round, similar to the hot-air balloon experience in Cappadocia, Turkey, which attracts tourists worldwide.
An exhilarating blend of adventure and music, THE BICOL LOCO FESTIVAL is filled with a plethora of memorable events that it wasn’t easy to recall a single moment since the whole festival is designed to have general mass appeal and make everything a highlight. The hot-air balloons framed against the magnificent Mayon Volcano sparked adventure and childlike wonder. The top performances of Sarah Geronimo, Bamboo, Jericho Rosales, and Ely Buendia electrified the crowd and transformed the concerts into mass sing-alongs.
As the event host, Robi Domingo was also well-received by the appreciative audience.
During the first concert night, the polished performances as individuals and as a duet brought the house down. Apl.de.ap’s surprise appearance was also a welcome treat. Apl’s impromptu jamming with Bamboo and Sarah G. had the crowd rapping along ‘Filipino, Filipino.’ The scene was like a reunion of The Voice judges.
And then there’s Bicol native Jericho Rosales, who brought pride among Bicolanos. When he declared his unabashed love for the region and its people due to his Bicolano roots, the crowd went wild.
Jericho headlined the second night along with Ely Buendia, evoking waves of nostalgia, with the audience enthusiastically singing along to his popular hits.
The festival’s raffle also brought tears to many eyes, especially the heart-rending stories of four grand prize winners who each won a house and lot unit worth P1.5 million.
Did THE BICOL LOCO FESTIVAL succeed in promoting the Bicol province, its tourism, and its culture? The answer is a resounding YES! The tremendous response undoubtedly placed the region on the global tourism map.

Bamboo, KZ, Mahalima, Ben&Ben, Arthur Nery, Gloc-9, Morissette, Adie, 6Cyclemind, Gracenote, Shanti Dope, Al James, Hey June, and Denise Julia, all set the stage on fire and created an incredible experience for everyone.
The music was a mix of everything – slow songs, heart-pounding beats – a blend of different styles that resonated with the thousands in attendance.
