Hi Tomomi. SM here in the Philippines is a mall chain. It has almost anything
you need like supermarket/grocery, department store, salons, fastfood chains,
cinemas, etc. It is not owned and has no connection with SM Entertainment.
How long have you been staying in our country? I hope you’re familiar with
SM malls as you may find it almost everywhere in the Philippines. 🙂
With regards to the EXO’s concert tickets, it is announced that it will be released
by SM Tickets. When we say SM tickets or SM ticket outlets, these refers to the ticket
booths located at SM Cinemas where we also buy movie tickets. You may find it in the
uppermost floor of SM malls. 🙂
