Bruno Mars is bringing The Romantic Tour to the Philippines in a major way, with two nights locked in at the Philippine Arena in Manila on May 15 and 16, 2027.
The global superstar has expanded his record-breaking stadium run once again, adding 26 new shows across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. The Manila dates form a key part of the Asian leg, following previously announced Japan shows and a run through Australia and New Zealand that kicks off February 13, 2027 at Optus Stadium in Perth. After stops in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, and Auckland, the tour returns to Asia with Singapore on April 13, then multi-night engagements in Bangkok, Kaohsiung, and Hong Kong before landing in Manila.
Special guest for the Manila shows is nine-time GRAMMY® Award winner and Silk Sonic collaborator Anderson .Paak, who will perform as DJ Pee .Wee. He is also joining Mars on all the newly announced dates.
The announcement comes on the back of extraordinary demand for The Romantic Tour, which already set records with the largest single-day ticket sales in Live Nation history across North America, Europe, and the UK, plus a Ticketmaster record of 2.1 million tickets sold in one day. Mars launched the tour in April with two sold-out Las Vegas shows and is currently wrapping the second North American leg (including the final MetLife Stadium night in East Rutherford, New Jersey).
With these additions, The Romantic Tour now exceeds 115 stadium shows worldwide, spanning North America, Europe, the UK, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and Mexico. Highlights include six nights at London’s Wembley Stadium and five-night runs at major venues including Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City (now extended to a fifth show on December 11).
The tour supports Mars’ fourth solo album, The Romantic, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200—his first album to premiere at the top and his second overall No. 1 after Unorthodox Jukebox. The project also topped Apple and Spotify global album charts and features hits such as “I Just Might” (his 10th No. 1 single and first to debut at No. 1) and “Risk It All.”
These Manila shows continue Mars’ strong recent form in the region and beyond. He previously became the first international artist of the 21st century to play seven consecutive sold-out concerts at Tokyo Dome, delivered the highest-grossing tour in Brazilian history with 14 sold-out stadium dates, and opened Los Angeles’ Intuit Dome with two sold-out nights (one featuring a surprise duet with Lady Gaga on “Die with a Smile”).
