Global pop-rock band 5 Seconds of Summer is heading back to the Philippines as part of its newly announced “Everyone’s A Star!” World Tour, with a Manila stop scheduled on November 12, 2026, at SM Mall of Asia Arena.

The announcement thrilled Filipino fans, known as 5SOSFAM, who have long awaited the band’s return to the local stage. The Manila concert promises a night of high-energy performances, fan favorites, and new music from the group’s latest era.

Formed in Sydney in 2011, 5 Seconds of Summer rose from a group of high school friends into one of the most successful bands of their generation. Over the past 14 years, the quartet, composed of Luke Hemmings, Michael Clifford, Calum Hood, and Ashton Irwin, has sold more than 18 million albums, moved over six million concert tickets worldwide, and amassed more than 10 billion streams.

The band has also scored three No. 1 debuts on the Billboard 200 chart and earned awards from the ARIA Awards, MTV Europe Music Awards, and MTV Video Music Awards.

Their upcoming Manila show comes in support of their sixth studio album, Everyone’s A Star!, their first release under Republic Records. The album launches a new chapter for the band, led by singles “NOT OK,” “Boyband,” and “Telephone Busy.”
