Minutes after the tickets for American band LANY shows on July 24 and 25 were sold out a few days ago, local scalpers swung into action.
The tickets, which officially cost from 1250 pesos to 5550 pesos were eventually offered on sites such as Stubhub and Viagogo at up to 28,000 pesos at press time.
LANY’s shows at the Mall of Asia Arena sold in an hour after the tickets went on sale at 12 in the afternoon.
The resale tickets appeared despite organisers MMI Live and Karpos Multimedia having warned that unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket may lead to cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
Thousands of fans queued up in different SM Ticket outlets nationwide. Many of them waited more than 6 hours to secure their chances of getting tickets when sales began at 12PM last Wednesday and Thursday.
As Rakrakan Festival makes its way back, this year we are going to have two days of peace, love, and music with back-to-back performances from 120 OPM bands and artists! RAKRAKAN FESTIVAL 2019 is still going to be a massive production set-up complete with 120 OPM bands and artists, 3 stages per day for a total of 6 stages, skateboarding competitions, live art exhibitions, merch and food bazaars, and more fun activities!

Taeyeon is known as the leader of SNSD/Girl’s Generation and their lead vocalist of the group. She is known for her wide range of vocals and catchy songs which most of us can definitely relate to.

The social media blew up when it was announced that that Maroon 5 will be bringing their Red Pill Blues Tour to Manila next year. As expected, several tickets are already being resold by scalpers at inflated price.
The prices for the band’s fourth concert in Manila are between P2800 for General Admission and P23,850 for VIP 1 Standing. As at time of writing, GA, Upper Box and Lower Box are sold out but being sold three to five times the price. GA tickets are up for almost P16,700 while Lower Box tickets can be bought between P15, 000 and P21,000. Is anyone desperate enough to fork out this much cash for Maroon 5? We do not encourage to buy tickets from the scalpers but instead wait for the possibility of adding more seats.

Winner, a South Korean boy group formed by YG Entertainment is set to conquer Manila for their Everywhere Tour which will happen on November 10, 2018 at SM Mall of Asia Arena.
Winner, which is composed of Kim Jinwoo, Lee Seunghoon, Kang Seungyoon and Song Minho. The group was formed through the YG Entertainment reality show “WIN: Who is Next” as Team A. They are the first boy group that debuted by the company after Bigbang last October 14, 2014 with their single “Empty”.
