Kuh Ledesma is set to celebrate her birthday in a heartfelt and innovative way with her upcoming pre-birthday event, “Pray. Eat. Sing. A KUHlinary Birthday Concert”, scheduled for March 14, 2026, at the serene Hacienda Isabella in Indang, Cavite.

This intimate gathering moves beyond a typical concert or party, blending gratitude, faith, exquisite cuisine, and live music into one unforgettable evening. Guests will enjoy a 7-course degustation dinner curated by celebrated chef and TV personality Donita Rose, featuring fresh, local ingredients from the Indang area for an authentic and elegant taste of the region. Each dish comes with fun, personal stories from Chef Donita, adding warmth and connection to the meal.

The experience begins at 7 PM with dinner seamlessly integrated into the concert program. Kuh Ledesma will take the stage alongside crooner extraordinaire Felson Palad for heartfelt duets and performances, joined by her talented daughter Isabella making the night deeply personal and family-oriented. Adding to the surprise, Donita Rose will also lend her voice for a special performance.

1. Birthdays are often seen as personal milestones, but you’ve chosen to celebrate yours with fans through this unique “Pray. Eat. Sing.” format. What inspired you to blend prayer, a curated dinner, and live music into one intimate experience this year?

“Birthdays for me, is all about gratitude . I’ve been so blessed in my career with people who have supported me all through my 45 plus years. I want to celebrate this birthday in a way that allows me to share that gratitude with my fans n friends.”

“Pray. Eat. Sing. is what is most special to me because of the opportunity to share my growing faith, also to fellowship, thru personal stories and songs.We start with prayer to thank God for His blessings, reminding us that everything comes from Him.”

“The dining experience also has a special story behind it. I know that Donita is an excellent chef, and she approached me with the idea of doing a degustation dinner. What made it even more interesting is that the ingredients are common to the area of Indang, Cavite, particularly around Hacienda Isabella, so the menu highlights the ingredients of the towns, giving the dinner a genuine and authentic taste.Also Donita has fun n unique stories that go with every dish which makes the dining experience even more special and personal.”

2. The title “A KUHlinary Birthday Concert” is such a clever play on your name, what does the “KUHlinary” aspect mean to you personally, and how does it tie into your philosophy about birthdays as a gift from God?

“Well, of course, food is one of the gifts that we get to enjoy, and we must always be thankful for every meal we have because it’s all grace from God. And birthdays… they’re another gift that we have to be thankful for. It’s another year completed, and I get to look forward to a whole new year of living under God’s protection and abundance. In life, we also get to be creative , just like in preparing food. It’s like we get to play with the ingredients of life to cook something delicious… to make a life of satisfaction and fulfillment.”

3. Chef Donita Rose is curating a special 7-course degustation dinner. What can guests expect in terms of the menu’s theme or highlights? Did you collaborate with her on any dishes that hold special meaning for you?

“Guests can expect a very well thought of curated 7-course degustation dinner created by Chef Donita Rose. Donita is an excellent chef, and what makes the menu interesting is that most of the ingredients are common in Indang, Cavite, especially around Hacienda Isabella. So the theme is very much about fresh and local flavors presented in a simple yet elegant way.”

“We did talk about the overall feel of the menu. I left the creative direction in Donita’s capable hands. The collaboration was more about the experience we wanted guests to have , something intimate, joyful, delectable and meaningful.”

4. You’re joined onstage by Felson Palad and your talented daughter Isabella, what makes this collaboration feel extra special for your pre-birthday celebration?

“Having Felson Palad and my daughter Isabella with me onstage makes the evening even more delightful!”

“Felson has a wonderful and pleasing to the ears voice and very giving of his talent.When you share the stage with someone like him, the music naturally feels more heartfelt and alive.”

“But of course, having my daughter Isabella with me in a concert is always special. Any time I get to share the stage with Isabella, it is not just a performance , it becomes exciting and i love the fact that she loves singing. She exudes so much confidence.Music has always been such an important part of my life, and to see Isabella embrace it in her own way is a blessing.”

“Oh by the way , Donita is also going to sing! You’ll be surprised !”

5. Felson Palad is known as a crooner extraordinaire, any favorite songs or duets you’re excited to perform together that fans might look forward to?

“We’ve prepared some beautiful duets for you, that’s for sure.”

6. Hacienda Isabella has become a recurring spot for your events (like the recent “IKAW… Pa Rin” show). What draws you back to this beautiful countryside venue, and how does it enhance the intimate, grateful mood you’re aiming for?

“Well, as the one who built and designed Hacienda Isabella, and now having also put up a theater here, it’s always a pleasure to mount shows and share with my fans the beauty of my other passion aside from singing, which is designing and building. I also love seeing people enjoy themselves with their family and friends whenever they come here to bond, watch a show, have team buildings, conferences, or even attend weddings that happen here. Hacienda Isabella has a special charm that keeps people coming back. The peaceful countryside creates a calm and relaxed atmosphere. It’s a beautiful setting that encourages people to simply enjoy the moment.”
