“Still evolving, still connecting” – Nina’s NINA XX: The Repeat is more than just a rerun.

After the complete sell-out success of her landmark NINA XX: The Anniversary Celebration last May, Asia’s Diamond Soul Siren is returning to the same stage for NINA XX: The Repeat on September 24 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater. What started as a celebration of the 20th anniversary of her iconic, Diamond-certified Nina Live! album has become something fans simply couldn’t get enough of.

Nina herself has described the upcoming show with a playful smile as “Repeat na unrepeat.” Many of the beloved songs from the first night will still be there, but she’s adding new elements, fresh arrangements, and songs that fans specifically requested after the May show. Expect a deeper dive into her full Tagalog original tracks too, an exciting preview of the pre-Valentine concert she’s already looking ahead to in 2027.

The real sparks, though, will come from the special guests. Christian Bautista, who originally shared the stage with Nina on the Nina Live! album, is finally joining her for this repeat. Alongside him are Top Suzara and Thor Dulay. Fans who were there in May already know the electricity Thor brings when he and Nina lock into those soulful duets. This time, with Christian in the mix as well, the night is primed for some truly unforgettable surprise moments and vocal fireworks.

During the recent press conference, Nina also opened up about something that got fans talking: a possible collaboration with SB19. She shared that if the opportunity ever comes her way, she’d love to work with the P-pop kings. It’s a quiet but meaningful nod that shows how open she remains to crossing generations and styles, classic soul meeting the current wave of Filipino pop.

The trio also weighed in on a recent conversation sparked by Ice Seguerra about fans recording live shows. All three made clear they appreciate the short social media clips and promotional snippets that let people share the energy of a night — the big note, the unexpected harmony, the pure joy on someone’s face. Those little moments help the music travel and give fans a way to say, “I was there.”

What they push back against is the full-length concert upload. Recording an entire performance and putting it online as content, they argued, undercuts the people who actually bought tickets, the teams who spent months building the show, and the simple experience of being present in the room. A ticket buys you the night, not the right to turn the whole evening into someone else’s content library.

Tickets are already moving fast, and only a limited number remain. For those who missed the first night or simply want to experience Nina’s powerhouse vocals, effortless stage presence, and that signature emotional depth all over again, September 24 is the night.

Two decades after Nina Live! redefined what a live album could mean in OPM, the Diamond Soul Siren is still proving she has more stories to tell, and more voices to share the stage with. This isn’t just a repeat. It’s Nina, still evolving, still connecting, and still giving fans every reason to show up.
