Local acts will feature rock faves Kjwan, Urbandub, Sandwich, and Imago; coupled with indie rock acts Flying Ipis and Cheats. Feel the vibe with grooves and loops from DJs Ace Ramos, Katsy Lee and female DJ duo Deuce Manila; and the mind-thumping bass and beats with DJ-and-drummer duo Motherbasss. Groove in with electropop sensations from Autotelic and electronica-funk-electro-nusoul-disco-future garage trio Sinyma. Beer and music lovers are in for an ultimate treat as San Miguel Brewery Inc. holds this year’s Oktoberfest featuring a never-before-seen mash up of legendary rock bands, club DJs, mainstream bands and up and coming university bands.
From the ultra modern lights and sounds show, the beer pyramid and giant global artists featured in the past, this year’s edition will feature a beer shower, giant inflatable display, virtual sports game booths, and non-stop music performances. Revelers will likewise enjoy a night-long of drinking pleasure as SMB will be serving all nine world-class beer brands.
The 12-hour non-stop music and beer packed revelry will be held in Greenfield District Central Park in Mandaluyong on September 12 with simultaneous runs in One Mango Avenue, Cebu City and Laguna Central Greenfield City in Sta. Rosa, Laguna on September 19.
