    Singer, songwriter and guitarist Michelle Branch was born in Arizona and she started singing lessons when she was 8 then learned to play the guitar at the age of 14 and was writing her own songs soon after. Branch played the local clubs and eventually was home-schooled by her parents so that she could pursue her dreams as a musician. Branch released her debut album Broken Bracelet in 2000 independently. She released her second album called Spirit Room in 2001 after she got signed with Maverick Records. This album included the hit All You Wanted and Everywhere. She earned multiple Grammy nominations including Best New Artist and Best Female Pop Rock Vocal Performance. She won her first Grammy for the song Game of Love with Santana.  She released her third studio album in 2003 including chart-topping singles Goodbye To You, Breathe and Till I Get Over You.     Camryn will team up with Greyson Chance on his upcoming arena tour, which kicks off April 17 in Malaysia.
    This isn’t the first time Camryn and Greyson have joined forces. Last spring, the 5280 Media recording artist performed on every stop of Greyson’s Waiting For You concert tour, which also featured Cody Simpson. In fact, 2011 was a breakout year for Camryn: Her debut single “Wait and See” broke into Top 40 radio and its video received heavy airplay on both Nickelodeon and The N. The soundtrack for Judy Moody and the NOT Bummer Summer was comprised solely of Camryn’s music and she had a cameo in the movie. Perhaps most impressive is Camryn’s Facebook page, which currently totals over one million fans. “I’m really excited to perform in Asia, because so many of my Facebook fans live in the same countries I’ll be visiting,” she says. “It will also be great to tour with Greyson again. He is unbelievably talented, kind, and fun to be around.”

    Camryn is currently in the midst of a cross-country middle school tour. Since its November launch, she’s performed for over 50,000 students and made countless television and radio appearances in support of her new single, “Set the Night On Fire.” She will also appear in the upcoming film Long Time Gone, alongside Academy Award winner Virginia Madsen and True Blood’s Sam Trammell.

    This is the first time that Secondhand Serenade will do a full concert in Manila. John Vesely has released four albums under the name Secondhand Serenade, Awake (debut album released in 2007) A Twist in My Story in 2008, Hear Me Now in 2010, and the Weightless in 2011.

    For those who missed the American rock band who gave us the hits “Hanging by a Moment”, “You and Me’, and  “First Time” perform last July 2008, now is your chance to see them again live for an evening of extraordinary musical pleasure. Lifehouse Live in Manila on May 26, 2012 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

    Lifehouse’s leap to mainstream success started with the release of their single “Hanging by a Moment” from their album “No Name Face”. The song became an instant hit and became the “Most Played Song in 2001”. Written by Jason Wade, the song catapulted the band into commercial recognition.     Steven Patrick Morrissey, known as Morrissey, is the main lyricist and vocalist of the iconic band, The Smiths. The Smiths is considered the most important alternative rock band to emerge from the British independent music scene in the 1980s, behind the hits Please, Please, Please Let Me Get What I Want, Stop Me If You Think You’ve Heard This One Before, There Is a Light That Never Goes Out, the former song famously covered by Zooey Deschanel’s indie band She & Him and the latter song was featured in the soundtrack of (500) Days of Summer. English DJ Mark Ronson recomposed Stop Me If You Think You’ve Heard This One Before as a soulful disco track.

    According to Scott Timberg, a critic from The LA Times, Morrissey “patented the template for modern indie rock, first as the frontman for seminal mope-pop band The Smiths and then during his ongoing… solo career.” He also goes on to say that the ‘90s Britpop movement and the emphasis on an English lineage of bands like Oasis, Blur and Pulp stemmed from The Smiths as well as the playful twist to the traditional notions of gender and sexuality of bands like Suede, Bloc Party and The Magnetic Fields.
