   I love love love “Counting Stars”! I really appreciate the message of this song – how it tells us that people are often too busy worrying about the future. Often times, people are consumed by their greed that we forget the perpetual beauty that surrounds us that we can enjoy for free!

   My favorite OneRepublic song is COME HOME. An excerpt says, “I get lost in the beauty of everything I see. The world ain’t half as bad as they paint it to be.” Isn’t it amazing to know that there is always something good to see if we just take time to notice and appreciate it? Plus, the song is very touching since it’s about a military friend of Ryan Tedder’s and his fiancée at home, and their struggles to get through a very difficult time. It’s sad yet hopeful. I’m moved to tears every time I listen to it. It always makes me want to COME HOME and spend time with the people I love. ♥

    my favorite one republic song is can’t stop. first is because it gives so much feels that probably almost everyone can relate to. second is because it’s a very honest song: it mirrors a feeling that really exists/existed at a certain point of a relationship. and third is because the song itself is catchy and the tune of it gives so much pleasure in the ears. 😀
