   I’ve been a fan of Avril since Complicated burst into the airwaves back in 2002. There was no FaceBook yet where fans can share their fascination over this punk-girl and just recently her FB page reached 50million likes. Wow. A real testament of how loyal her fans are. Her song lyrics are just so relatable, “Complicated”, and “Things I’ll Never Say”. Her self-composed music just sticks with you effortlessly. Even her fashion style is so comfy. I remember wanting to have my hair straightened , wear a white tank top and a tie just like her. Her Let Go and Under My Skin album were two of her CDs I played over and over again that is before the mps3s and the ipods. Then came the Best Damn Thing album where we laughed and rooted for the brunette haired girl in her Girlfriend music video. Tears welled in our eyes in “When You’re Gone” and we were inspired with “Keep Holdin’ On”. In her Goodbye Lullaby album, “Wish You Were Here” is a great addition to her many beautiful songs. Damn damn damn, that song made me cry 😛 :). So what’s my favorite Avril song? Hard to choose. It really depends on what’s going on with my life ;). Long way to go for the sk8ter girl from Napanee! 😀 To all the Black Stars, Cheers to never growing up! >(^,^)<

   WHAT THE HELL is one of my favorite songs by her. To be honest, I felt as though with every album her music got better. I definitely think her older music was a lot more mature, but I like her newer music better. “What the Hell” is probably my favorite song to dance to ever. I am just obsessed with it. Lavigne is able to demonstrate her true vocal ability (it’s very hard to sing the ‘I am thinking’ and ‘Whoa’ before ‘What the Hell’ in the chorus). I think that this song is just a really great song overall. I love everything about this song and its feel-good sense it has to it. ❤️❤️❤️

   My favorite song is ‘Keep Holding On’ because there’s so much meaning and feeling instilled into that song. It’s also very inspiring and motivating because you could feel that you’re not alone in facing your problems… There’s this somehow someone who will always be there for you no matter what happens, you just gotta keep moving and pushing forward because in the end… you can make it through 🙂
