    definitely Britney Spears, she is more famous in the Philippines and has sold millions of albums in the Philippines, take note Britney has around 24+ platinum records for albums in the PH. Those were around 40,000-50,000 copies per record during the 2000s. Britney is a POP ICON, she will really sell out in the PH considering many people love her,.
