A new music festival is set to join the Philippines’ growing live events calendar, offering a different approach from the country’s large-scale concert gatherings.
Harana Music Festival will make its debut on November 28, 2026, at the Filinvest Event Grounds in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, bringing together some of today’s biggest Original Pilipino Music (OPM) artists for an event centered on acoustic performances and intimate live experiences.
Rather than focusing on spectacle, Harana positions itself as a festival built around stripped-back arrangements, live instrumentation, and storytelling. The event aims to create a more personal atmosphere where audiences can experience performances in a setting that emphasizes musicality and artist-fan connection.
Leading the inaugural lineup is singer-songwriter TJ Monterde, whose hit single “Palagi” and string of sold-out arena concerts have solidified his reputation as one of OPM’s most influential contemporary artists. Joining him are Arthur Nery, Maki, Earl Agustin, Rob Deniel, Angela Ken, Nicole, Toneejay, Syd Hartha, Clara Benin, and A!KA, among other performers representing today’s thriving local music scene.
The lineup brings together artists whose music spans acoustic pop, indie folk, alternative, R&B, and contemporary OPM, reflecting the diversity that has defined the genre’s continued growth over the past several years.
According to the organizers, Harana Music Festival was conceived as an alternative to the high-energy format commonly associated with music festivals. Instead, it highlights the emotional intimacy of live performances through raw vocals, real instruments, and performances designed to encourage a deeper connection between artists and audiences.
The festival also marks another large-scale production from Epic Events, the company behind Aurora Music Festival and Maison Matcha, as it expands its portfolio of live entertainment experiences.
As anticipation builds ahead of its inaugural edition, Harana Music Festival is shaping up to become one of the year’s notable additions to the local festival landscape, catering to listeners seeking a more relaxed and immersive concert experience while celebrating the richness of Filipino music.
Harana Music Festival 2026 takes place on November 28 at the Filinvest Event Grounds in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. Tickets start at ₱1,000 and are available through the festival’s official ticketing website and SM Tickets.
