THE LEGENDS ARE COMING: Super Junior To Return To Manila For “Super Show 8”

The countdown officially starts as PULP Live World confirmed the return of one of South Korea’s most popular boy group Super Junior to the Philippine concert stage in December.

More than a year after their historical return with Super Show 7, the boys are coming back to stage SUPER JUNIOR WORLD TOUR – SUPER SHOW 8: INFINITE TIME, their fifth world concert tour and eighth international tour, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena on December 15. The Everlasting Friends of Super Junior (ELF), the boy group’s fandom name, were evidently excited to see their favorite stars once again as the hashtag #SS8inManila made it into the Philippine trends on Twitter shortly after the announcement.

Super Show 8 in Manila will mark the fifth solo concert of Super Junior in the Philippines following the successes of Super Show 2 in 2010, Super Show 3 in 2011, Super Show 5 in 2013, and Super Show 7 in 2018. Moreover, it will also serve as the first Super Show of Ryeowook and Kyuhyun in the Philippines after six years as they missed last year’s Super Show 7 due to their military service.

Expect nothing but a spectacular show from Super Junior in their return to the Philippine concert stage on December 15 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena. Be prepared to witness the experience and skills of a legendary idol group who remains firm in their position as Hallyu Kings even after 14 years in the industry.

Ticket selling to the concert will start on November 24 at 12 noon via SM Tickets outlets and online. Tickets are available in VIP Standing and Seated, Upper Box A and B, General Admission A and B, and Generic Admission categories. Check out the ticket prices per category below:

About Super Show 8

SUPER JUNIOR WORLD TOUR – SUPER SHOW 8: INFINITE TIME is the eighth installment of Super Junior’s international tour series which started in 2008 in ten cities in Asia namely Seoul, Bangkok, Shanghai, Nanjing, and Chengdu. Since its inauguration in 2008, the tour has expanded to include cities outside Asia.

This year, Super Junior returns on the international concert stage in support of their ninth studio album Time Slip. It also marked the first Super Show following the end of all members’ military services. Super Show 8 kicked off with a two-day concert at the KSPO Dome on October 12 and 13. Next month, the boys will stage a three-day concert at the Saitama Super Arena in Japan on November 2 to 4, before heading for a two-day concert at the Impact Arena in Thailand on November 23 and 24.

And on December 15, Super Junior and ELFs will paint SM Mall of Asia Arena pearl sapphire blue — their fandom color. After Manila, the boy group will return to Japan for the Osaka and Fukuoka legs of the concert tour.

SUPER JUNIOR WORLD TOUR – SUPER SHOW 8: INFINITE TIME is presented by SM Entertainment, Label SJ, Dream Maker Entertainment, PULP Live World, and Globe.
