This coming January 2025, one of the most popular teen shows on Netflix will be making its comeback, and we couldn’t be more excited about it! Today marks the release of the official trailer for the second season of the funny teen series Xo, Kitty. After seeing it, you will undoubtedly feel even more excited about the upcoming return of the show!
The series follows Katherine “Kitty” Song Covey, the younger sister of Lana Condor’s Lara Jean Song Covey from Han’s books and the Netflix movie trilogy, as she embarks on a yearlong study abroad program at the Korean International School of Seoul, where her mother attended school. The series was renewed for a second season shortly after its debut on the streaming service in May 2023. It is during her time at KISS that Kitty comes to the realization that she does not know as much about love as she had previously believed. Kitty also develops a number of close acquaintances.
Now that the trailer for the second season of “XO, Kitty” has been released by Netflix, it has been confirmed that Kitty Song Covey, played by Anna Cathcart, will be reunited with a character from the first season of “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before.”
Kitty is now occupied with preparing for her upcoming semester at KISS (and thinking about all the drama she went through), as shown in the season 2 trailer for ‘XO, Kitty’ below.
She is eager to dive headfirst into “Kitty 2.0,” and her sister’s boyfriend, Peter Kavinsky (Noah Centineo), will accompany her as she navigates this new chapter.
XO, Kitty will premiere on January 16, 2025 only on Netflix.
Jamie Foxx and Cameron Diaz star as retired CIA agents Emily and Matt in “Back In Action” who are thrust out of their suburban lives and back onto the field in this comedy-action packed film. Plenty of action happens in the clip, with Foxx using a flamethrower on thugs and the pair jumping out of a falling plane. Like Jason Bourne, but with the added bonus that “we remember stuff,” as Foxx jokes in the teaser.
In addition to McKenna Roberts and Rylan Jackson, prominent actors such as Kyle Chandler, Glenn Close, Andrew Scott, Jamie Demetriou, and Andrew Scott are also featured in the cast. Seth Gordon is the director of this film and shared the screenplay with Brendan O’Brien.
The preview depicts Diaz fully embracing the renewed energy, stating, “For the first time in a really long time, I felt alive again. I felt like the bitch again.”
Back In Action premieres January 17, 2025 only on Netflix.

On Wednesday, in honor of Stranger Things Day—usually celebrated on November 6, the day that Will Byers, played by Noah Schnapp, disappeared from Hawkins, Indiana—Netflix released a new teaser for season 5. The teaser revealed a number of intriguing confirmations.
The highly acclaimed streaming series will conclude with its final season in 2025. Fans may rest easy knowing that the remaining episodes will air the following year.
We will now begin Season 5 in the fall of 1987. Season 4’s events began in March 1986. Will (Noah Schnapp), Joyce (Winona Ryder), Nancy (Natalia Dyer), Jonathan (Charlie Heaton), Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown), Mike (Finn Wolfhard), and Hopper (David Harbour) were last seen standing in a field.
It seems like some of the episode titles bring new ideas to the Stranger Things world. Series co-creator Ross Duffer shared an Upside Down-inspired poster for a local Hawkins business earlier this year, suggesting that the Turnbow Trap is a reference to them.
According to Duffer’s Instagram teasers, Shock Jock alludes to WSQK, a radio station that will be featured in the season.
One of the most interesting revelations in the teaser trailer is that the final season will take place in fall 1987, four years after Season 1, which released in 2016. The Stranger Things Instagram account posted behind-the-scenes photographs of the cast.

Season 5 was announced as the final season of Stranger Things with additional projects in the universe in the works, including: Stranger Things: The First Shadow live on stage in London’s West End and coming to Broadway in 2025, along with an untitled animated spinoff series.

With Sid Lucero and Beauty Gonzalez in the lead roles, the horror film “Outside” is set for release on Netflix on October 17th.
“You can’t keep out what’s already inside.” This ominous line concludes the newly released trailer for Outside, Netflix Philippines’ first zombie feature. Directed by acclaimed TV commercial and content filmmaker Carlo Ledesma, the film promises to deliver a gripping psychological horror experience when it premieres on October 17.
The story follows a family of four led by its unstable patriarch, Francis (Sid Lucero). Together with his wife Iris (Beauty Gonzales) and sons Josh (Marco Masa) and Lucas (Aiden Tyler Patdu), they flee to Francis’s secluded farmhouse in the province to seek refuge and restore some semblance of normalcy back amidst a devastating zombie outbreak.

The trailer opens with a shot of a rundown car marked by a bloody handprint on the window, starkly symbolizing the family’s traumatic journey. It then transitions to scenes of the family attempting to adapt to their new haven, alongside glimpses of Francis’s growing paranoia. The tension builds as the trailer hints at the psychological and emotional struggles the family is about to face.
Speaking at Netflix APAC Southeast Asia Showcase in Indonesia in June, director Carlo emphasized that Outside is more than just a zombie film. For him, it’s a “terrifying psychological thriller” about the struggles of a family caught in the midst of a zombie pandemic. “At its core, it’s a film about a family’s survival,” he adds.
Carlo’s breakthrough in the horror genre came in 2011 with his found-footage film debut The Tunnel, followed by Sunod in 2019 and the horror-comedy short The Kapre. Carlo describes Outside as his most personal project to date, drawing inspiration from his experiences growing up in Negros and his own feelings of isolation during the pandemic, a period when the idea for the film began to take form.
Outside promises to shake up this October with its harrowing tale of survival in a desolate world riddled with more than just the undead. The film stars Sid Lucero, Beauty Gonzales, Marco Masa, and Aiden Patdu, with the special participation of Enchong Dee and Joel Torre.
Outside premieres globally on October 17, only on Netflix.
