KDR Music House artist Levii is set to release his newest single, “Kailangan Kailanganin,” on July 31, building on the momentum of his debut track “Pinipinta.”
Hailing from Marikina, Levii introduces his signature sound “Soul Kilig”—a fusion of OPM, R&B, and Pop that prioritizes heartfelt storytelling and emotional connection.
“Kailangan Kailanganin” centers on chivalry and emotional presence. It tells the story of a man assuring his partner that she can rely on him in moments of vulnerability. The song captures the dynamic of a strong, independent woman learning to let someone in, while the man stands ready to support her whenever she needs it.
Levii’s musical roots trace back to his early years playing in church and learning instruments through his family, experiences that shaped his soulful style and expressive performances. He has also performed as a pianist for artist Shanni, including appearances on the Wish Bus.
Now officially part of KDR Music House, Levii describes this milestone as a dream come true as he continues to build his career as a singer-songwriter.
“Kailangan Kailanganin” will be available on all major digital streaming platforms starting July 31.
