Manila’s vibrant cultural scene is set to sparkle once again on May 9, 2026, as Medium Rare: Kaleidoscope transforms Salon de Ning at The Peninsula Manila into an immersive, multi-sensory experience. Now on its 7th edition, the highly anticipated event continues its tradition of blending world-class gastronomy with cutting-edge music and artistic expression.

Curated by renowned Chef Chele Gonzalez, Medium Rare: Kaleidoscope promises an evening where flavors, sounds, and visuals converge in perfect harmony. The night explores the beautiful intersection of Italian neoclassical piano and deep ambient techno, creating a sonic journey that feels both intimate and transcendent.

Headlining the musical experience are two internationally acclaimed artists:

Pablo Bolivar (Seven Villas Music) – the Spanish producer known for his hypnotic, atmospheric techno sets.

Bosco Studio – delivering elegant Italian neoclassical piano performances.

Together, they will weave a musical narrative that moves seamlessly between deep, pulsating rhythms and refined, emotive melodies — the perfect soundtrack for a night of refined indulgence.
