The following year, the boys came out with their second EP titled Ready, promoting the title track “Eyez Eyez” on music shows. The boy group continued to pack 2017 with new songs, releasing two more EPs that year — Identity and From.VICTON.

In 2018, VICTON did a busking project where they performed their songs and did covers of other artists’ songs in four locations namely Sinchon, Starfield, Gangnam, and Dongdaemun. The same year, they released their first single album Time of Sorrow.

In 2019, Han Seung Woo and Choi Byung Chan participated in the reality-survival show Produce X 101 with Byung Chan leaving the show due to health reasons and Seung Woo ultimately debuting as a member of X1. Following the conclusion of Produce X 101, VICTON came back as a six-member boy group with the mini album titled Nostalgia.

The EP’s title track “Nostalgic Night” earned the boys their first ever music show win as a group through The Show.
