It was their fifth time to perform in Manila, but Boyce Avenue’s Philippine Tour in 2016 was certainly, according to them, their biggest yet. The Puerto Rican-American rock band can still do covers of Pop Rock, Power Pop and Alternative Music. They have not only mastered the art of cover songs, but quite possibly they are the king of cover songs. The first cover I heard from them was No Air and I instantly fell in love with it.

If there’s one thing that Boyce Avenue and their fans have in common, it’s the passion they have for music. Bonded by brotherhood and strengthened with their ardor of music, the Florida-based trio captured the hearts of Filipinos long before their initial visit to the country in 2009. Four years later, Alejandro, Daniel and Fabian Manzano as well as their fans will agree that it has been way too long since they have performed in the Philippines.
