    Singer-songwriter Zion Aguirre makes hearts weep from weariness in the freshly released music video of his single “Ayoko Na” starring “PBB Otso” housemate Argel Saycon and “PBB Gen 11” housemate Jas Dudley-Scales. 

    Argel and Jas are best friends who are unknowingly in love with each other in the video now uploaded on Tarsier Records YouTube channel. It tackles the heart-wrenching narrative of the song about wanting to give up because of the pain caused by a loved one. 

    “Ayoko Na,” Zion’s comeback music offering after two years, was released last March. He shared that he poured out all the emotions he had during his hiatus abroad into the song. 

    “Lahat ng emotions ko beforehand dito ko nailagay kasi kung papakinggan nyo yung song, maririnig nyo mismo kung gaano na siya kapagod in life, parang ayoko na!” he explained. “Generally ganun talaga siya pero syempre main aspect is about love.”   

    The Tarsier Records artist launched his debut extended play (EP), “Bigkas,” in 2022, which contains tracks “Ikaw at Ako (Hanggang Dulo), “in another life,” and more. He started singing worship songs at the age of nine and eventually joined an orchestra where he played the flute. He also began participating in songwriting contests in high school.

    OPM legends the Eraserheads are set to perform “Get This Love Thing Down” live at this year’s Eraserheads: Electric Fun Music Festival, happening on October 18, 2025, at SMDC Festival Grounds.

    The song was teased during the closing credits of Eraserheads: Combo On The Run, the acclaimed 2025 film that opened in nearly 200 cinemas nationwide. The official Eheads documentary recently made history as the first Filipino film and the first music documentary to screen at the prestigious San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) in July 2025.

    It All Started In May Releases Second Single: “Pasado”

    Following their explosive debut with “O’ Kay Tamis,” OPM sensation “It All Started In May” (IASIM) has gifted fans their second single, “Pasado,” now available on all streaming platforms. This release comes just one month after their debut — a direct response to overwhelming demand from their rapidly growing fanbase, affectionately dubbed “Mayopets” — a clever fusion of the Filipino word for May, “Mayo,” and “malupet,” which means impressive or cool.

    “Pasado” is about admiring someone from afar, wondering if they’re out of your league, filled with the uncertainty of being able to meet their standards. The song lyrically asks questions such as, “Mali nga ba ang humanga sa isang katulad mo?” (“Is it wrong to admire someone like you?”) while its catchy chorus reinforces this sentiment: “Coz’ it feels like you’re out of my league, out of my league, oh baby! Parang hindi pasado, pasado sa iyo!” (It feels like I can’t pass your standards).

    With its fun, lighthearted, and memorable melody, “Pasado” is an easy listen that makes it a perfect addition to any playlist. Both fans and new listeners alike are sure to appreciate the infectious energy of this track.

    The band is composed of five members: Red as lead vocals and guitar, Mikee on drums, Jai on keyboard, Pau on rhythm guitar and vocals, and JP on bass and vocals. They released their debut single “O’ Kay Tamis” last May and it has been well-received. Apart from the song being used by a lot of people in their social media content, “O’ Kay Tamis” has also been featured in six editorial playlists on Spotify — definitely a big achievement for a new band!

    Manila – GMG Productions has officially announced the full cast for the Manila season of the international tour. The UK touring production of the Tony® and Grammy® Award-winning musical is set to open this September at The Theatre at Solaire. The UK touring production has already enjoyed a celebrated run, playing in 32 venues across the United Kingdom.

    The international touring company is led by Ellis Kirk as Evan Hansen. Joining him are Rebecca McKinnis as Heidi Hansen, Zoë Athena as Zoe Murphy, Helen Anker as Cynthia Murphy, Hal Fowler as Larry Murphy, Rhys Hopkins as Connor Murphy, Tom Dickerson as Jared Kleinman, and Olivia-Faith Kamau as Alana Beck, with Sonny Monaghan serving as the Alternate Evan Hansen.       Moments of tenderness and vulnerability, gleaned from Luna and Sol’s compelling attraction for each other, are what get fans hooked on the unfolding story.

During team leader Ben’s (Joao Constancia) birthday karaoke celebration, viewers couldn’t help swooning over how he showed affection for Luna–from listening to her emotional performance (while everyone seemed to ignore her song) to making sure she got home safe.
      Ben may not be the series’ main lead, but his feelings for and careful attention to Luna were not lost on viewers.

    1. When Sol Met the Family (Episode 6, “Meet the Family”)
      Ara (Karina Bautista) and Sol’s team-up for a pretend “date” melted hearts. Ara’s fear of being seen as someone “unlovable” by her family was met with Sol’s steady kindness as he stepped in, no questions asked.
      When they held hands during her family gathering, the comfort between them felt natural, and fans couldn’t help wondering, is there a possibility that they would end up together?

    1. Luna Waits for Sol (Episode 6, “Meet the Family”)
      In the same episode, Luna and Sol finally scheduled an interview for the project, but Sol was stuck at Ara’s family event. As the day wore on, tension built. Sol was running late but in the final shot, he comes upon Luna, still there, waiting.
      That scene convinced fans that Luna wanted to see Sol, no matter how long it took. Sometimes, kilig is in the waiting.
    As the story progresses, Sol and Luna’s bond becomes increasingly difficult to ignore.
    Each encounter between Sol and Luna adds new layers to their evolving relationship.
    1. The Almost “Kiss” (Episode 7, “The Interview”)
      Of course, the top kilig moment was the intimate, emotionally charged interview in Luna’s apartment. As she opened up, Sol became visibly more drawn to her—not just emotionally, but physically. He was seemingly engrossed in filming her, but it was clear that he was barely listening, as he was lost in the moment. When they both reached for something that dropped on the floor, their faces drew close, and for a second, viewers thought they would kiss. Chemistry, timing, and an intimate setting made for the most recent episode’s most exciting kilig moment.

    The five-member group is all set to reach for their dreams!

    WRIVE has dropped its double-title debut offering, “Ooh La La” and “Señorita,” signaling its official launch as ABS-CBN’s newest Filipino boy group.

    Managed by ABS-CBN’s talent management, Polaris-Star Magic and signed under the premier record label Star Music,  the five-member group is made up of Asi, Drei, Ishiro, Mathew, and Russu who were all a part of the idol survival show “Dream Maker” in 2022.

    WRIVE, pronounced as ‘rayv,’ is derived from the phrase “we have arrived” which represents the members’ unity to reach their dreams.

    The pop-funk track “Ooh La La” describes a romantic journey of wanting to escape reality with someone special. It was produced by ABS-CBN Music content, creatives, and operations head Jonathan Manalo and composed by ALAS and Jeremy G.

    Meanwhile, WRIVE member Russu composed the pop-R&B song “Señorita” which displays Latin music influence that delves into winning the heart of the person they love. ALAS also served as the track’s producer.

    The music video of “Ooh La La” will premiere on Thursday (July 17), 8pm on ABS-CBN Star Music YouTube channel.

    The two songs will be part of the P-pop group’s debut album set to be released later this year. They are also set to perform in the upcoming Star Magic All-Star Games 2025 happening at the Araneta Coliseum this July 20 (Sunday).

    To mark the beginning of this creative alliance, Filipina singer and actress Aubrey Caraan is set to collaborate on a recording project with South Korean singer-actor Daewon Lee.

    Aubrey is a multi-talented artist that thrives in both music and acting. Her track “How You Feel” has landed on several Spotify charts in the Philippines, while she also stars as Samantha Vera in the Viva One series Avenues of the Diamond.

    Daewon Lee, on the other hand, is a well-rounded entertainer with a background in singing, acting, and sports. He debuted as a member of the idol group OFFROAD and gained widespread recognition through his appearance in the first season of Mr. Trot, a reality television and talent show. Beyond entertainment, he has also excelled in Mixed Martial Arts, holding a championship title under Angel’s Fighting Championship with an undefeated record of 8 wins and 0 losses.

The immersive, high-energy live show will run for 10 performances from September 19 to 21 and September 25 to 28, 2025 at the iconic theater in Araneta City.

    This globally celebrated production makes its way to Manila for the very first time, bringing the magic of Disney Jr. to Filipino audiences through dazzling visuals, vibrant music, and beloved characters.

    From Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse to Ariel the Little Mermaid, the SuperKitties, the Puppy Dog Pals and Team Spidey, audiences can expect singing, dancing, dazzling 3D visuals, and exciting acrobatics in this fully immersive live show.

    In “Disney Jr. Live On Tour: Let’s Play!,” Mickey Mouse is planning the ultimate playdate for his friends at the Clubhouse. But when mysterious green weather threatens to ruin the fun, Team Spidey from “Marvel’s Spidey and his Amazing Friends” swings in to save the day — and the playdate!

    The show features hit songs from popular Disney Jr. series, including:
