3. Only one (1) ticket may be redeemed for every accumulated receipt purchase amounting to P1000 – P1999 from any Ayala Malls Vertis North food outlet (Level 1 to 3) in the list provided. A maximum of two (2) tickets may be redeemed for every accumulated receipt purchase amounting to P2000 and above from any Ayala Malls Vertis North food outlet (Level 1 to 3) in the list provided.
4. Only one (1) ticket may be redeemed for every accumulated receipt purchase amounting to P1500 – P2999 from any of Ayala Malls Vertis North non-food and Level 4 food outlet in the list provided.
