Pampanga-based OPM band Healy After Dark is set to hold a free donation drive show for fellow Kapampangans affected by the recent floods.

Dubbed “A Healy After Dark Free Show,” the gig will take place this Friday, October 2, at Soda Monkey in Timog, Quezon City.

The show comes after Healy After Dark missed a scheduled performance at Jess x Pat’s last September. The band was supposed to perform alongside rising OPM acts nicole and Chrstn, but was unable to make it to the venue after getting stranded due to flooding and heavy traffic along the North Luzon Expressway. Chrstn and nicole proceeded with the show as scheduled.

Wanting to make it up to their fans, Healy After Dark decided to mount a free show—this time with a bigger purpose. The event will also serve as a donation drive for flood-affected communities in Pampanga, with Angat Buhay Pampanga as its official beneficiary.

Fans who wish to support the relief efforts may bring donations to the show, helping provide assistance to Kapampangans whose homes and livelihoods have been affected by the floods.

Healy After Dark is composed of Oyo Velasco on vocals and guitars, Daniel Lozano on lead guitars, Alvin Santiago on bass, and Zach Gonzales on drums.

Joining the band for the free show are guest acts Mint Magic, Shane G, and nicole, who recently won Best New Artist at the 39th Awit Awards.

The donation drive show comes months after Healy After Dark celebrated its sixth anniversary with a sold-out mini-concert at Viva Café in Quezon City last June.
