One of the night’s standout moments came from The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus vocalist Ronnie Winter, who reflected on the emotional roots of emo music and its enduring connection with fans. “The second half [of the word ‘emo’] means emotional,” shared the 43-year-old frontman, whose band remains one of the genre’s most recognizable acts.
