Park Shin-hye for Bench

Celebrating her 14th year in the entertainment industry, South Korean star Park Shin Hye continues to prove that she is a force to be reckoned with. A triple threat, Shin Hye is a trained actress, singer, and dancer, and has starred in several popular series such as Doctors (2016),  Pinocchio (2014), The Heirs (2013), Flower Boys Next Door (2013), Heartstrings (2011), You’re Beautiful (2009), and her debut drama Stairway to Heaven (2003). You may have also seen her work on the big screen, as she starred in films such as My Annoying Brother (2016), The Royal Tailor (2014), Miracle in Cell No. 7, Cyrano Agency, and Evil Twin.

Ranked in Forbes Korea’s 30 Korea Power Celebrity list this 2017, Park Shin Hye remains one of the world’s most popular Korean personalities. Although she has received worldwide recognition and has bagged numerous acting awards over the years, Shin Hye also likes to give back. She has worked alongside the relief organization Korea Food for the Hungry International, and visits underprivileged children from across the world in order to help them with their needs. She has also established two Park Shin Hye Centers – the first in Ghana, and the second in Manila – whose aim is to provide impoverished children with basic education and facilities. This year, the Korean superstar is building even stronger ties with her fans from the Philippines as she has officially come on board as the newest international endorser for Bench, the country’s leading clothing and lifestyle brand. Established in 1987, Bench is now recognized as a retail powerhouse, providing top-notch choices for clothing, footwear, underwear, and accessories, among others.

Despite being a proudly local brand, Bench also continues to expand globally. Besides having the Philippines’ biggest and brightest celebrities headlining their campaigns, the brand has also worked with some of the biggest international acts and talents. These include Bruno Mars, Adam Levine, Liam Hemsworth, and one of Park Shin-hye’s most recognized leading men, South Korean sensation Lee Min Ho. This year, Bench delivers on their promise to bring the world to the Philippines and the Philippines to the world by bringing Park Shin Hye closer to her Filipino fans.

The Hallyu idol will  be back on Philippine shores a day before her much-awaited Flower of Angel Fun Meet and
Concert at the Araneta Coliseum on Friday, July 28, and will also be doing a round of mall visits on Sunday, July 30, at the SM Mega Fashion Hall (3PM) and the SM Mall of Asia Atrium (5PM).

With their #BenchEveryday campaign in full swing – and new ones in the works! – it seems that Bench and Park Shin Hye have even more surprises up their sleeves. As Bench gears up to celebrate its 30th year, we can only expect great things from here on out. For more information,  hit up @benchtm on Instagram and Twitter, like @benchtmofficial on Facebook, and
