HANSON LIVE IN CEBU and MANILA SHOUT IT OUT World Tour

Music lovers, you don’t need to think about this twice. Get ready to love American pop-rock band HANSON all over again as they make their much awaited return to Asia! The band returns to the Philippines in March 2012 as part of their Shout It Out World Tour.

Formed by brothers Isaac, Taylor and Zac in their native town of Tulsa, Oklahoma, HANSON has been making music together for nearly two decades. In 1997, the release of their first major label album Middle of Nowhere introduced their out-of-the-blue, soul-inspired brand of American pop-rock ‘n’ roll to the world. The album sold over 10 million copies worldwide and earned the band three Grammy nominations.

The band is best known for their phenomenal hit single MMMBop, which reached #1 in 27 countries. Their other hits from the same album include Where’s The Love, I Will Come To You and Weird. HANSON released the Christmas album Snowed In in 1997 and another studio album in 2000, This Time Around, with hit singles This Time Around and If Only before they launched their own independent record company in 2003. Coldplay Live in Manila 2012

According to Malaysian website Digiartworkstudio, “A british superband Coldplay is scheduled to open their Asia Tour 2012 in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. A 2-month long tour will continue in Bangkok, Jakarta, Manila and Tokyo (sic).”

For now this is just a rumor but will post details once Coldplay Live in Manila is confirmed.

Jason Mraz has announced plans for a special international tour, an extraordinary itinerary that will see the Grammy Award-winning tunesmith visiting North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia with a special one-night show in the Philippines at the historic Smart Araneta Coliseum on October 30. More than just a concert tour, Mraz’ worldwide journey will see him celebrating music’s lasting power to inspire change and help others through global citizenship.

The majority of the tour will find Mraz teaming up with his longtime friend, percussionist Noel “Toca” Rivera, for a series of acoustic dates celebrating the tenth anniversary of their independently released classic, “LIVE AT JAVA JOE’S.” The tour will take the duo across the globe, from benefit concerts and festivals in the USA, Morocco and France, to shows at such iconic venues as Australia’s Sydney Opera House and New York’s Carnegie Hall. Coming from a 4 year hiatus, Andrea Corr of The Corrs is back on stage once again with the same angelic voice and irish accent but a more personal and sensitive take on her music as she includes the Philippines in her world tour to share her new creations from her album Lifelines. Andrea of The Corrs will set foot in the Philippines for a two night
concert, first at the Araneta Coliseum on October 16 and at Waterfront Cebu on October 18. The concert is produced by Dayly Entertainment (Yellowcard, The Script, All Time Low and Westlife) and new concert producer Karpos Multimedia by arrangement with foreign companies Rockstar Touring, LAMC Productions and Solo.

Andrea is the lead vocals and tin whistler of The Corrs who previously consisted of a quartet of siblings Sharon (violin, vocals); Caroline (drums, piano, bodhrán, vocals); and Jim (guitar, piano, vocals).The group came to international fame with their performance at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia, and their support of Celine Dion on her 1996 Falling into You Tour. With a line of the greatest and most memorable hits, “What Can I Do”, “Runaway”, “Breathless”, “So Young”, “Radio”, “Forgiven Not Forgotten” and many more, the group have released five studio albums, live DVD’s and numerous singles, which have reached platinum status in many countries and ended up as anthems for everyday occasions such as weddings and the likes.
